Purchasing real estate in Antigua is relatively straightforward process and takes between 2 and 4 months to complete. Rendezvous Bay’s legal counsel is available to assist you throughout the process.

Legal Fees

Legal Fees are generally between 1% and 2% of the purchase price though this varies depending on the price of the property.

Non-citizens Licence

Citizens of other countries are required to apply for a non-citizens licence when purchasing land in Antigua. The cost of the licence is 5% of the property purchase price and approval takes approximately 3 months.
