In time, the owner community will become the driving force behind the development and its ongoing interaction with its environment and the locality around it. This role will be formalized through the Rendezvous Bay Community Association (RBCA), governed by a Board of Directors. In addition to the developer and the hotel owner, this Board shall include representatives from the Hotel Villa Association and the Residential Homeowners Association.
