Site in Context
Ten thousand acres on Antigua’s south coast constitute the country’s largest and most prized National Park. Rendezvous Bay sits within this protected area and the development philosophy for this historic private landholding is park-like preservation.
Approximately 2.5km from the main highway in Falmouth Harbour, the 330-acre Rendezvous Bay site is traditionally known as Barter’s Estate and was farmed for a number of years by the family who originally purchased the estate in the 1930s.
