Rendezvous Bay Design + Marketing Director talks Caribbean citizenship with Unbound Magazine

Rendezvous Bay’s Design and Marketing Director Kaline Kennard writes an interesting piece for Unbound Magazine about the advent and growth in popularity of citizenship by investment in the Caribbean, and in particular her experiences living and working in Antigua & Barbuda and St. Kitts & Nevis.

During eleven years of living between the Eastern Caribbean and North America, Kaline has watched the demand for citizenship in the region increase substantially, and more recently the significant resurgence of investment into Antigua following the recovery of the European and North American economies over the past few years.

Purchasers of Papaya Hotel & Spa hotel villas at Rendezvous Bay which were released last year are able to apply to the Antigua & Barbuda citizenship by investment program. The one and two bedroom hotel villas can be purchased whole or in a shared ownership structure and are fully managed as part of the hotel operations led by the award-winning Zaragovia team. Purchasers of Rendezvous Bay’s private homes to be released in the 2016/17 winter season will also be eligible to apply. The program was started in 2014 and to date has seen over 600 successful applications from families all over the world.
